I bought a new vehicle through Steele Honda. The process was easy and the staff lead me through everything step by step. Sheldon was excellent and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. He followed up with me after the sale as well to see if I was happy with my purchase which was nice. Sara handled the finance. She was so sweet and knowledgeable and responded quickly to my inquiries. An excellent experience.

Customer service is top notch and they take great pride in making sure your needs are meet. I purchased my first ever brand new Honda CR-V Sport and I can't tell you how happy I am! Sheldon Martin was a pleasure to deal with. He even went through the setup of my vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing.I'm a Honda owner for life. I just hope Sheldon is around when I'm due for my upgrade.Suzanne in finance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She explained everything and made my decision making so easy.

Josh Reid, our sales rep, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and delivered our new car in record time. George Osmond our Finance guy was also very friendly and had us signed, sealed, delivered in no time. We are so excited about our fancy new Platinum White 2023 CR-V Touring Hybrid SUV. I'm just dreading the first scratch and/or ding.
